We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
Damaged or defective
Incorrect or not as described
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide photo or video proof of the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind)
Incorrect size/color ordered by customer (unless wrong item was sent)
Items on sale or clearance
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
